One request, one specialist. You’re the only one who calls.

Assurenet is a Québec matching service. A visitor answers a few questions about their situation, then we match them with a single certified specialist, based on their line of insurance and their territory. From the call onward, the file is yours.

The model, from your side of the desk.

A visitor lands on Assurenet, answers a few questions about their situation and asks for a specialist to call them back. We pass their contact details to one person: the one whose practice matches their line of insurance and their region. Assurenet prices nothing, compares no contracts and gives no advice. All of that starts when you pick up.

01

One request goes to one person

The visitor asked to be called back. They’re expecting a single call: yours.

02

Matched to your line and your territory

The match reads the type of insurance and the postal code. Nothing else.

03

You’re the one who advises

Assurenet makes the introduction. The review, the advice and the quote are yours.

Become a partner

How we get talking.

Step 01

Get in touch.

Go through the contact page and tell us who you are: your firm, your lines of insurance and the regions you serve.

Step 02

We go through it together.

A conversation to set your practice beside what the match sends out, and see whether the two meet.

Step 03

Your certifications are confirmed.

Your disciplines, your team’s and your territories are confirmed before a single request is passed to you.

Step 04

The first matches come in.

You start receiving requests in your lines and in your regions, one person at a time.

There’s no application form to fill out: the conversation starts with a message.

Who does what

The advice, the quote and the file are yours.

Assurenet is not an insurer, not a firm, not a broker, and sells no insurance. We collect the visitor’s contact details, we pass them along and we confirm the introduction. That’s the edge of our role, and it’s deliberate.

From the call onward, all of it is yours: the questions to ask, the review of the file, the coverage you propose, the discounts that could apply, the quote and the follow-up. You practise in your own name, within your firm.

That’s also what we expect of you: call back within a reasonable time, introduce yourself with your name, your title and your firm’s name, and let the person decide without pressure. The visitor is never obliged to buy.

The match

A request goes to one person.

Elsewhere, the same request can go out to several firms at once. The person gets call after call, eventually stops answering, and everybody works the same file for nothing.

Assurenet works differently. One request, one specialist. The visitor knows it before they even leave their contact details: one call is coming, not five companies.

When you call back, nobody has called before you.

What a partner specialist receives.

Not a list of names bought in bulk. Requests one at a time, in your line of insurance and in your corner of the province.

People who are expecting your call.

Each person filled out the questionnaire themselves and knows a specialist will call them back. You’re calling someone who is waiting for you.

Your line, your territory.

The match reads the type of insurance and the postal code. You get what fits what you practise and where you practise it.

Nothing is resold alongside.

A request goes to one specialist. The visitor’s contact details don’t go out to other firms at the same time.

They know why you are calling.

The request came from them. They know a specialist is calling, and they know why. You are not calling cold.

The relationship stays yours.

Assurenet makes the introduction and stops there. The file, the quote and the follow-up belong to you.

Your firm, your way of working.

Nothing to change in your systems or your markets. You stay attached to your firm and you work the way you always have.

Frequently asked questions

Is the same request sent to other firms?

No. A request goes to one specialist, the one whose line of insurance and territory match. The visitor knows from the start that a single call is coming.

Does Assurenet sell insurance or give advice?

No. Assurenet is a matching service: not an insurer, not a firm, not a broker. The review, the advice and the quote come from the specialist, never from us.

Which lines of insurance are covered?

Auto, home, life, business, recreational vehicles and travel. If your practice centres on a single one of those lines, that’s exactly what the match is looking for.

Do I have to change my systems or my markets?

No. You stay attached to your firm, with your insurers and your way of working. What changes is where the call comes from.

What is expected of me on the call?

Call back within a reasonable time, introduce yourself with your name, your title and your firm’s name, and let the person decide without pressure. The rest is your trade.

How is the partnership paid for?

The specialist’s firm pays a fixed amount for the introduction, the same whether or not the person buys. Nothing is calculated on a sale. The terms are discussed directly with you.
